While Eastern Applied Research does everything possible to provide fast and cost-efficient evaluation/repair services for all of our clients, many organizations prefer the added layer of protection that they obtain from “XRF Protection Plans”. These plans, also known as ‘Customer Service Agreements’, will limit the downtime and the unbudgeted expenses that organizations are faced with when problems occur with x-ray fluorescence analyzers.
Savings: one payment at the beginning to limit unbudgeted expenses
Two different coverage options are available to accommodate budgets while providing the protection that fits an organizations needs. A “Full Component Coverage” option covers all component costs associated with repair services while the popular “50/50 Coverage” will provide a 50% discount to component costs. Both coverage plans include full labor services (evaluation and repair).
In addition to limiting repair costs; each plan includes yearly certification services, preventative maintenance services, priority scheduling, unlimited evaluation services and software upgrades (per model).
