Customer Service Agreement Options

No matter how major or minor a problem with an instrument is, when XRF repair services are required they are an unplanned and unbudgeted expense and with the price of components ranging from $500 to $9,000 dollars, they can be an expensive requirement that affects the bottom line of any sized organization.  Plus, no matter how reliable an XRF Instrument is, these costly problems can and do occur.

However, protection against unplanned XRF expenses is available through Eastern Applied’s Customer Service Agreements (CSA’s).  Two different protection plans were developed to meet the budgets of any sized organization:
Full Component Coverage Plan:
     covers 100% of components cost
50/50 Coverage Plan:
     provides a 50% discount for any components required  
Both Plans Include:
     certification services, problem evaluation, labor costs, minimized travel expenses, etc
