Coating Thickness Measurement Instruments
The SFT Series from SIINT (Seiko) provides reliability, longevity and high-precision measurements for a wide range of applications and testing needs. The entire series is considered by many to be one of the best values in XRF Instruments available.
All models feature a Windows XP operating system (on Dell CPU) that utilizes Excel
and Word for statistics and report creation/storage. The 9200, 9300, 9400 and 9500 models are available with variations in chamber size (standard-models, PCB-models and Large-PCB-models).

SFT-9100 XRF SIINT (Seiko)
Widely used for Printed Circuit Board applications | Manual or motorized XY stage with precise, motorized Z-Axis positioning. Slotted chamber for PCB's. Automatic collimators and 32 bit microprocessor program, MS-Excel and Word for statistics and report creation.
Used for widely for PCB related testing this XRF features auto-focus, flexible focal length (optional), collision prevention, etc.

SFT-9200 XRF SIINT (Seiko)
Models for standard part sizes (9200); circuit boards (9250) and large PCBs (9255) | This is the replacement for the SFT-3200 work horse. For those companies that were fortunate enough to own an SFT-3200 (and are probably still using it), they know how well the model performs. The Seiko SFT-9200 continues the legacy of reliability and accuracy.
Some of the standard 9200 features are: Laser Focus, Crash Protection, Constant Adjust, Fundamental Parameters, Precise Programmable Stage, Auto filters, 32 bit microprocessor program and a Windows XP OS (Excel and Word) for statistics, report creation and many other features.

SFT-9300 XRF SIINT (Seiko)
coating thickness for high volume companies | The SFT-9300 is a high performance XRF for high volume companies or facilities that need very fast measurements on very small areas.
Equipped with a 75W high powered X-ray tube this instrument can measure faster and more accurate with smaller microscopic collimators than conventional XRF proportional counter instruments. The SFT-9300 can measure Multilayer (up to 4 layers), Electroless Nickel, Gold Karat Analysis, Alloy Film Measurements (up to 10 elements) and Plating Solutions to name a few.

SFT-9455 XRF SIINT (Seiko)
The First Hybrid XRF | SIINT (Seiko) Instruments has developed the first hybrid XRF instrument: the SFT-9455.
Using a pin diode solid-state detector and a proportional counter system, SIINT utilizes both detection methods together or individually to optimize the most accurate results on a wider range of applications and immersion coatings.
This system comes standard with the high powered 75 watt tube and micro collimators making this one of the most universal instruments in the market.

SFT-9500 XRF SIINT (Seiko)
Coating Thickness Gauge with RoHS Capabilities | Advanced x-ray microfocus technology has achieved a high brilliance beam with an actual beam size of less than 0.1mm in diameter.
Consequently, the SFT9500 Series is capable of measurements of micro spots and thin film applications (such as lead frames, connectors and flexible PCBs) that are difficult to measure with conventional models due to insufficient fluorescent X-ray intensity from measurement samples.
