Field Repair of your instruments

We have Factory Trained service technicians located thoughout the United States. This means Eastern Applied Research, Inc. can get there faster and at a lower cost to your company. Our technicians are equipped with an inventory to fix your XRF Analyzer on site.

Qualified Service

Is size important? Our company has a complete Staff of in-house and Field Technicians. We also have our own Standards Laboratory and a Sales and Marketing division. We provide services for the USA, Canada, and Mexico (bi-lingual XRF technician).

With the advent of the Internet, some companies attempt to look really impressive by making you believe they are bigger than they are. We are open from 8 Am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. Our technicians can come to your facility when it's most convenient for you. When your Eastern Applied Research technician goes on vacation you are still covered by one of our other trained Eastern technicians!

Reconditioned Instruments

We go through each of our reconditioned instruments thoroughly and replace any components that are old or borderline passing. When you purchase an instrument from us you can be sure that it was repaired with new components. We offer a 1 year warranty on most of our used equipment, this also means that there is a 90% or greater chance that the instrument will run longer than the warranty. Standards Recertification

The accuracy of your equipment for your process is directly related to the standards you use to calibrate your instrument. Have you heard of companies guaranteeing (1) day turnaround on standards? If this company follows any guidelines this is not possible!
