Regional field technicians are strategically located in California, Texas, New York, Indiana, Connecticut and Maryland; allowing Eastern Applied to provide on-site services in a timely, cost-efficient manner throughout North America.
Along with XRF services being performed in the U.S.A. our technicians also provide service to Canada, Mexico/Central America (bi-lingual) and South America. 

Our factory trained field technicians are able to provide:
-  Recertification/calibration of all thickness testers (see below)
-  On-site evaluations and repairs
-  Consultation and preventative maintenance
-  Instrument training services (English and Spanish speaking)

Instrument Certification/Calibration Overview:


Eastern Applied Research's on-site recalibration service provides accredited certification and review of thickness measurement equipment; minimizing downtime and eliminating the hassles of shipping instrument(s) in for certification.

Our field service technicians are fully stocked with key inventory parts (including x-ray tubes and proportional counters) so in the event a repair or preventative maintenance is required, the problem can be diagnosed and remedied on the spot – minimizing any inconvenience to you. Typically, you will find our components 20-30% less expensive than our competitors.
