The instrument identifies an elemental range of Sodium (Na, 11) through Uranium (U, 92) with results in parts-per-million (ppm) levels or percentage concentrations.

ABOUT THE SOFTWARE:
The line of EDXRF Analyzers provide a streamlined approach to measurement tasks through the software package(s) provided. The operating software, nEXt analysis package, runs through Windows XP with basic Fundamental Parameters as required. Automatic control of excitation, detection, sample handling and data processing is provided plus spectrum and quantitative analysis considerations.
